Referrals
Gecko SA accepts referrals for Supported Independent Living, Short- and Medium-Term Accommodation, and Positive Behaviour Support. Referrals may be submitted by participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, or guardians. Please download and complete the referral form below. Once received, we will review the referral and make contact to discuss suitability and next steps.
