Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing, and empowering support for people of all ages and abilities. We believe kindness, connection, and meaningful opportunities strengthen individuals and the community.
Gecko SA offers engaging animal-assisted experiences and respite, giving participants something to look forward to as they connect with caring practitioners and orphaned wildlife.
About Us
As Director of Gecko SA, I lead a team of skilled staff providing Registered NDIS Behaviour Practitioner support, Educational Social and Emotional Therapy, Support Workers, small-group Day Options, and Short-Term Respite.
With 24 years of teaching experience across the Mid North of SA, and lived experience supporting a child and now a grandchild with disability, I bring strong knowledge, compassion, and leadership to ensure our services are tailored to each participant’s needs.

Registered NDIS Services
Certified Trainer
As a registered teacher with more than 24 years of experience, I bring strong educational expertise and a practical, compassionate approach to all training I deliver. I am a certified Circle of Security (COSP) Facilitator and trained to deliver Being With Big Feelings and Bringing Up Great Kids. I also provide autism awareness training for workplaces, helping teams build confidence, understanding, and inclusive practice.
In addition, I am trained in SHINE SA Sexual Health and Relationships Education, allowing me to support organisations, schools, carers, and families with developmentally appropriate and trauma-informed approaches to sexual health education and safety.
I offer organisational workshops, staff training, and individual family sessions, with the flexibility to deliver sessions onsite or in the home.
